Some long overdue pictures of a martial arts festival, a trip out to the country to see the pampas grass, a trip to Arima, and two trips to Kyoto. I like about ten of them (not fishing for praise/contradiction), but unfortunately no time to caption.
wait, i'm confused. is it fall over there? because it was spring-to-summer in australia and new zealand this week, and we had beach weather just about every day... except for the two days when we were actually AT the beach!

hooray -- another blog of pictures! these pictures are great, but when autumn ends, i can only imagine the raking job that will need to be done!
